HOW WE MANAGE FOOD ALLERGENS RISK
Here at No Moo 4U Rockhampton, we take food allergies seriously and follow recommended strict food safety procedures at all times.
Our staff are trained in food allergen awareness and procedures.
All allergen-containing menu items are clearly labelled and separated.
All gluten-containing products are stored in sealed containers and kept completely separate from gluten-free products. We are acutely aware of cross-contamination risks and use separate blender jugs, separate scoops and dedicated utensils for different dietary requirements. Gluten-free cones are stored in sealed, clearly labelled containers. Hand-washing and glove procedures are always followed. We follow safe food service guidelines recommended by Food Allergy Australia and Coeliac Australia.

Made using fresh local produce whenever possible, our handmade sorbets are bright, refreshing and packed with real fruit flavour. From juicy mango and passionfruit to sweet strawberries and watermelon, every scoop is naturally dairy-free, gluten-free and made for Queensland weather.
Seasonal flavours rotate throughout the year and many are also available in take-home tubs and Poppin Pops.
Low Sugar and No Added Sugar & Soy-Free*
Our *no added sugar and soy-free ice cream options are ideal for those managing diabetes or dietary sensitivities. Sweetened with natural alternatives and full of flavour, these options deliver real ice-cream enjoyment without compromise. Available in multiple flavours including Lime, Jaffa, Butterscotch by the scoop, tub or as our *low sugar, chocolate-coated Poppin Pops, which can be made to pre-order.
